What is the Coldwell Banker Referral Rewards Program?
Referral Rewards is a Wealth Builder program that helps you generate a passive revenue stream by introducing other successful agents
to a career with CBDP, CBC Prime Properties, or any other Coldwell Banker Office. You share in the success of the agents you recruit, receiving a Referral Rewards Commission Payment equivalent to 1% of their adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) on closed
transactions.
How does the Coldwell Banker Referral Rewards Program Work and how do you sign up?
1. Identify a non Coldwell Banker affiliated agent who is interested in a career with
CBDP, CBC Prime Properties or ANY other Coldwell Banker office.
2. Work with your office's Agent Concierge for help getting you and your recruit signed up.
3. After both parties have completed the submission form, forward the confirmation email
to todd.conklin@cbdistinctive.com and referralrewards@cbdistinctive.com.
4. Share in their success! When the agent you refer affiliates, you will receive a Referral
Rewards Payment on their closed transactions!
Who is an "Eligible Recruit"?
A licensed real estate agent who has not, at any time within the six (6) month period preceding his or her affiliation date with a Coldwell Banker Office, been licensed and affiliated with, or employed by either (i) any residential or commercial franchisee of the Coldwell Banker System, or (ii) any franchisee of an Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
When are the referral payments made?
Referral Rewards Commission payments are paid out quarterly and will be paid via check to the Sponsoring agent. The funds for these payments are sent to CBDP from Coldwell Banker Corporate after the quarter has closed out. CBDP will pay the Sponsoring agent within 10 days of receipt of the funds
from Coldwell Banker Corporate.
